After the lesson, we had lunch which was nasi goreng. Hmm hmm! Then we went back to the lessons, but this time, Chroma Keying! There's a guy named Matt... Mat? Matte? Well, that's how you pronounce it. He's the talent for our green screen Chroma Keying! But before we do all those fun shenanigans, we actually had to set up the green screen and lighting first. After hanging it (green screen) on a pole, suspended by two C stands, Douglas was the volunteer for setting up the lights... well there's only one light so.. Light, no 's'.
He had to stand on a huge wheeled staircase made out of metal. The steering was awkward but we managed to get it under the position where Douglas should be.
He mounted up the light on a pole located at the top of the set, while I took my time placing my camera on a dolly... Surprisingly, it fits well.
So Matte... Matt? Mat? Came in with a bag of jelly beans... I mean, every talent must come in with a bag o' jellies, and Mr Harry decided to use him as our lab rat--.. I mean Talent!
We basically played around with the controls to adjust how realistic or where the image should be.
After the lesson was over, we were taught on how to loop/tie cables. It was a very fun experience and I enjoyed it... To be honest... I really did enjoyed it.
We went to Target, a neat store in San Fran... Well, to be exact in US. Bought some stuff and went back home. Now I'm out of time. Internets going to go down! See ya!
